Overview 
Our project managers and application architects have experience in several industry leading methodologies. We have selected the best features from several methodologies to create a best practice.  We are able to quickly adapt to our client's preferred methodology if applicable.  Some highlights of these methodologies are:

Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF)  
This is the project approach that Microsoft uses for their internal projects.  It focuses on 6 team roles and 4 project phases to ensure that the solution is properly defined and that the correct people are involved.

Rapid Application Development
This methodology tends to be very effective when dealing with new technologies, and for providing quick return-on-investment within a project. It fully utilizes your business knowledge and provides iterative application development to ensure that the solutions meet your business needs.

Unified Modeling Language
We have utilized the industry standard methodology for Object-Oriented application development and modified it to meet the specific needs of particular projects. We also have added some of our Rapid Solutions techniques to ensure that the business requirements are met.
